2: Only English in chat.
3: Be nice to other members.
4: If you find a piece of transmog gear ask guild chat before you put it up in AH. (No penalty if you do not comply)
5: Be chill.
6: To be promoted be active. Simple as that. (Except for Senpai rank. To achieve Senpai you must:
1: Have contributed to the guild.
2: Know you're class and spec.
3: Be willing to help others in the guild with learning that spec.

Never respond to an angry person with a fiery comeback, even if he deserves it...Don't allow his anger to become your anger.
